Nov 21 2015: High Expectations of Bullock and The Mustangs - by vergil13 on November 7th, 2020

With returning starters D`Angelo Norman, Robin Holm and Kevin Bullock, key player turned starter Josh Schroeder, and along with 3 newcomers, the starting small forward, Darryl Terry from Hawaii, taking over the starting center position from Holm will be Diego Alcaraz from D.C. and Barry Newby, who is redshirted this season. Starting off with a overall record 4-6 is not bad, but it's also not good either. "But there's still hope as we have high expectations from this squad" said head coach Timmy "The Genius" Romano. "We've made to the conference championship, we can make it again but this time we'll win and play in the national tournament", Romano replied. With the exit of Jeremy Beckman, who was their leader and best player. Kevin Bullock will have to step up the plate as conference season is coming around the corner. Bullock is dominating rebounder, averaging 10.8 rebounds last season and averaging 13.1 rebounds this season despite being under size, with the height of 6'6 and scoring 15.2 points per game.

Mar 14 2015: Stevenson Pulls Offs Another Win! - by vergil13 on October 15th, 2020

Stevenson has once again pull off another upset against #5 Michigan Tech. Stevenson was hitting their shots and getting buckets, shooting only 61% on the field, going for 36 of 59 baskets. Player Of The Game, Kevin Bullock had a eventful night. Achieving himself a double-double, Scoring a game-high of 27 points, 11 rebounds, and shooting 11 of 15 shots. On the wing is Jeremy Beckman with 20 points, and at the point is Donovon Lynch putting up 16 points, and D`Angelo Norman on the defensive-end, getting himself 3 steals. Seemed that Michigan Tech underestimated Stevenson and got themselves in foul trouble with 19 and committed 19 turnovers, also while getting out-rebounded. Shots weren't falling as they were making 23 out of 58, only 39% on the court. It was either Stevenson's defense or their sloppy offense that cost them the game. While Michigan Tech aren't the winners, Quentin Ellis played like one as he lit up the court by making 8 threes and scoring 30 points along with 4 steals, Louis Slack for 14 points, Justin Fujishima with 13 points, and Jarvis Morgan with 4 blocks. Things might've been different if starter Jarvis Cushman wasn't injured. As for Stevenson, they move on to the Conference Finals since 2012. The last time Stevenson won a Conference Final was in 2003 in the VI.31 Conference, can they do it again or is it going to be a repeat of 2012 and fall short again? Facing off the #3 Lebanon Valley, winning might be an easy task for Sevenson as they beaten Lebanon Valley in every matchup this season.

It was the game of the Mustangs. Both teams showed out but only one can win, and that was Stevenson, as they showed they were the better Mustangs on the court. Mar 12 2015: Stevenson Survives Thomas College - by vergil13 on October 13th, 2020

Despite being behind in the first-half, Stevenson was able to overcome Thomas College in the second-half, with their defense, ability to shoot free-throws, and getting offensive rebounds as a factor, including senior small forward, Jeremy Beckman. Shooting 7 of 15 on the court, and 4 of 6 beyond the arc. Putting up 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Like always, it's a team effort to win and that's what Stevenson did with Kevin Bullock's 17 points and 10 rebounds, Donovon Lynch's 16 points, and Robin Holm with 10 points. Thomas College wasn't able to get it done as they were in foul trouble, committing to much turnovers and getting out-rebounded on the offensive end. With Dragan Mirotić scored 27 points, Shannon Fuller with 14 points and 13 rebounds, Gilbert Hyman put up 13 points from the bench, and with Yannis Papadakis
shooting 12 points. Stevenson will move on to the next round, facing Western Mexico.
