After 28 seasons in charge Wilson packed the trophy cabinet with 2 National tournament titles, 5 Conference playoff wins, 6 Conference wins at every level bar LL1, & a career record of 789 wins vs 441 losses.
Boasting reasonable stats across the board, it was Wilson's motivational speaking that was his biggest strength - even though in his final years as age took its toll, his false teeth had a knack of popping out when he got particularly animated. Undeterred, he would continue with spittle flecking the front row, & his players would always respond - culminating in another fairytale run in the 2044 National Tournament.

Malik 'The Spud' Chatman has done the unbelievable and dropped a triple double in the Kangaroos recent loss to the SW Warriors.
Though it did take double overtime for him to get there, Chatman's 20 points 10 rebounds and 13 assists will go down as the first Triple Double in this programs' history.
Despite the statistical explosion, hardwood universe fantasy basketball managers were still heard complaining about his poor shooting efficiency, and how they lost their FG% & 3PT% category due to his efforts.

After missing out on promotion to Legends, coach Lllllloooooooyyyyydddd Wilson gave the team an almighty spray, and fanned the competitive flame that this Kangaroos squad had let dwindle in conference play.
The Truman Show was a beast in the paint, recording 20 blocks in the tournament run and 6 in the final, while SR wings The Plumber & The Basket Weaver finished their college careers in style both averaging above 23 for the tourney - Does the NBA draft await?

In the recent non-conference game against the San Diego Toreros, the Kangaroos decided to play the first 6 minutes of the game with a lineup of local tradies in basketball uniforms. The tradies laid 15 straight bricks to finish the final renovation works on the San Diego stadium, before Bobby Carter was inserted into the game to hit the teams first bucket of the night 6 minutes & 9 seconds into the first half.
