Alphonso Harrell makes a terrible decision!!! He had the keys to be the GOAT at Bluefield State. Instead he chose WVU, who will be overrated and underachieve under their current president. He will greatly regret his decision over the next 4 years when the Big Blues rise from D3 to D1 starting next season!
