Oct 08 2037: TERRIERS SET TO REDSHIRT 4-STAR RECRUIT. - by Tank on March 11th, 2024

6 foot 2 combo guard Raymond Cohen, who was ranked 36th nationally and has been the most highly touted recruit in recent memory for Boston University has been officially set to redshirt this season.

Asked about the decision, 3rd year President Tank Edwards answered: "Cohen is one of the main pieces to the puzzle here long term, i want to ensure that this year he can maximize his development mentally. I believe he can lead this team for the next 5 years for sure."

When asked if Cohen was on board such decision, Edwards continued -- : "He definitely is, he was informed of this during our pitch to him last year and he believes this will increase his chances of further preparing himself for the big leagues."

This season, the Terriers are set to field a starting 5 that is almost similar to last year. With senior Selcuk at PG, sophomore Fitzgerald at SG, redshirt freshman Tandogan at SF, redshirt freshman Joyce at PF, and promising sophomore Center Adam Blazek. With the exception of Fitzgerald, majority of the starters are all foreign players. It will be interesting to see how this roster plays out this year, considering this will be Cohen's supporting cast next season.

Feb 15 2035: Terries hire promising Tank Edwards to head their basketball operations - by Tank on November 2nd, 2023

When asked what his plans are, the young President of Boston University Basketball had this to say:

“This whole operation is a marathon, not a sprint. There will be some hard times especially to start, but the long term potential that we have are endless. Recruiting younger prospects will be our number one priority, and in line with this goal, we have signed Anfernee Martin to be our head coach. All i ask is for our loyal following: fans, alumni, and student body alike, to be patient. It will all be worth it in the end.

Oct 03 2019: Season summary - by JerryWu on June 6th, 2021

Kwame Jordan was hired as head coach of Boston University this season
The main thing is to let him have the opportunity to coach. As for the promotion to D2, just face it.

Mar 08 2019: head coach - by JerryWu on May 27th, 2021

Although it affects the enrollment of the next school year
It was finally decided that Kwame Jordan, who had served as Walsh's 3-year assistant coach, would take over the Boston University pawn. I hope he will continue to hone his team D3.
I also thank A.J. McGowan for being promoted to D2 under the leadership of Boston University in the past 6 years.
