After the Sacramento State Hornets had a great season last year, making it to the D2 elite 8, the Hornets have lost 4 out of 5 starters. From going from a 152 tpi last season to a 127 this season, we can only hope that some of our new youngsters can make a difference and stay in D1.

After going an impressive 8-2 to end the season, and a 28-15 record the Sacramento State Hornets did not make the playoff field after making the conference semis, they beat the Furman Paladins 3 times this season and they made the D2 march madness playoffs. I don’t know how this happened but we will be looking forward to the invitational games.
