When a player makes a commitment decision they only look at interest level (and schools with open scholarships) and don't re-evaluate the conference a team is in. The advantage is more pronounced between divisions rather than conferences. So Division 2 has a bump over Division 3, Division 1 (i.e. LL1-LL4) has a bump over Division 2. But there is not as large of a bump within Division 1 (i.e. LL3 and LL4). |
