| How much does experience matter? Will it help a player by playing more and being older or does that not affect game play. | ||

| From the rules/game manual: - Coaching & Experience Players essentially have two limits on each skill. A base defines the starting point for the skill and a potential defines the maximum to which a skill can increase. For college players, two factors determine where the player's current skill level is: coaching & experience. ... Experience: is gained while playing at all levels, but especially from college upwards. Experience is gained for every minute a player plays in a game, plus there is a base experienced gain for just being on the team and going to practice.
