Hardwood - Announcements: Future Reset

admin Joined: 01/24/2017 Posts: 2513 Hardwood Administrator	Been getting a few questions about the future reset and the official start of the game. When will this happen? Probably when we get to a point where we think the game is sufficiently play-able and there aren’t any egregious errors or flaws in the game. What will it mean? Most of the data in the data base will be deleted and reset including the date & all past games and history. However, user information and the forum will not be scrubbed. So play testers will not have to re-sign up for teams if they want to continue with their current team. However, your entire roster and recruiting efforts will be wiped clean. Anything else? We may decide it’s necessary to do some accelerated simulation to further check tournament and end-of-season type scenarios without waiting as many RL days for the simulations to happen. newtman Joined: 02/04/2018 Posts: 338 Inactive	... and no, it hasn't happened yet, as the conference standings and schedule are still that of the beta testing season that we were in the middle of when the game was declared ready. Everything will reset to beginning of a season and we will get all new players and coaches when the game resets.

Rock777 Joined: 02/02/2018 Posts: 1532 Inactive	Many of us will just spend our 4th sitting on our computers waiting for the flip to happen so we can try to get a decent Head Coach... You miss out on the flip and it will mess your team up for many seasons to come.
