Is it his chiseled features? His Elvis-esque bouffant? His abs of steel? No, despite all of those being hot selling features that helps him clean up on Tinder, Recruiting Buzz is based on other factors. Buzz is an arbitrary measure based on number of teams recruiting a prospect and the number of recruiting contacts they spent on him. The actual formula is a closely guarded secret just like the formula for Coke or the Colonel’s 11 secret herbs and spices. Good luck trying to figure it out!
